As requested, I leave here a proposal for create a way to notificate a client that opens a ticket using a Social Network (example: Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, etc.) and is not a client that we have in our base.
This is very useful because without that I cannot create a trigger or a automation since I do not have the customer e-mail to send a text to him. I checked that we can create this kind of notification for Twitter, but we cannot create this for the other plataforms and I think that is very useful to solve chats that clients stop responding.
