    Tag reporting is a little tricky. But this article shows you how to create your metric.

    Hi Graeme,

    I followed Step 1: Create Metrics for Tag but I still get the error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact Support."

    There may have been a temporary network blip, you custom metric has an error or you have incompatible items in your report.

    If you can include a screenshot of your metric and your WHAT, HOW and FILTER items, I can take a look.

    I was trying to build a new report starting with the "WHAT".  I tried to add a custom metric like so:

     

    But an error occurred in the background:

    It looks like you have used the 'Attribute Labels' section. For the ticket tag element, after the WHERE clause, you need to use the 'Attributes' section.

    Then select ticket tag...

    to give you...
