Texting Trigger Sends out Notification to Requester's Email. How do I stop this for texts only?

    I think I figured it out. I edited the notification triggers to not include the tag outbound_text

    Hi Morgan!

    In addition to your solution for this specific situation, I personally find it useful to also have a general-purpose "no notifications" tag which causes all my notification triggers not to fire. In my own test account I have the tag "dont_notify", and every trigger in my account which sends notifications has a condition so it doesn't fire if "dont_notify" is present.

    This takes a little time to set up initially, depending on how many notification triggers you have, but I find it's worthwhile to be able to create tickets which I know won't send notifications should the need arise!
