Moving existing triggers into the sandbox in explore

    Hey Scott,

    Unfortunately, there's no simple means to do this. 

    Either you will need to contact your account representative at Zendesk and inquire about their Premium Sandbox feature ($$) or if you have the resources, clone your triggers into the sandbox instance by API. Lastly, there's the tedious option of creating them one by one, but I wouldn't recommend that for any sizable installations.

    I would also suggest you make a post in the Product feedback forums about the lack of Sandbox management tools, you're definitely not the first to bring up this concern.
