For anyone managing both internal and external helpcenters, comments can be a great source of getting in touch with the people the helpcenter is directed to.
We want our agents to post comments with questions, feedback or additional content suggestions and automatically notify the article's creator with a mail after the comment.
Maybe there could be a checkbox when creating the article that says "Notify me about new comments".
This can be worked around by manually following an article after the article is created, but in the end that is just a workaround and not the exact solution. Manually having to follow articles also leaves more room for human error (i.E. forgetting to follow your own articles, comments then go unnoticted)
