One agent license cannot be used
We have 9 agent licenses but we can only use 8 of them. (4x Admin, 4x Agent).
Who can help me with this?
I was looking for the possiblility to open a ticket at the zendesk support but couldn't find any.
Is it no longer possible to open tickets?

You should be able to create a support ticket through the 'Get Help' button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Type a question and if that does not help, click the 'Get in Touch' then 'Leave a message' option to start a ticket.
Or you can send an email to support@zendesk.com to create a ticket.
