Ability to Create Custom Views on SLAs

    Hi Chris Williams, I'm a Product Manager here at Zendesk - can you elaborate a little more on this? Do you want to look at tickets that have breached an SLA in the past, but are now meeting SLA, as well as tickets that are currently in breach all in a single view? Thanks!
