    Hi Garrison,

    The most likely culprit is the identity being changed between the first request and the subsequent ones. Do you have your identity setting code handy? Also, when did you last test this?

    I'm seeing this while trying to use sandbox credentials (production works just fine tho)

    Identity is set to anonymous...no matter what, all I get is:

    Error Domain=com.zendesk.sdk Code=404 "not found" UserInfo={status_code=HTTP Error: 404, NSLocalizedDescription=not found}

    (ZendeskChatSDK 2.8.0 and ZendeskSupportSDK 5.1.0)

    following on this issue...I've inspected the network calls (via Charles) and here's what I've figured:

    • The api call from the mobile sdk have a handful of auth headers (authorization: Bearer token, lient-identifier: mobile_sdk_client and so on)
    • The above response is an error (404)
    • If I copy and paste the url from Charles, and paste it on any web browsers, I get the json back.

    This is very confusing!

    Hey Rafael Machado,

    I reached out to one of our techs, and an issue of this nature is something we would need to troubleshoot with you one on one since it would require possible looking over your logs. I would recommend reaching out to our Advocacy team via Chat so they can begin gathering info on your use case. You do this by clicking on the  "Get help" button in the bottom right corner of the Community.

    Best regards.
