Trigger - Action - Text requester

    Hi Tsvetan!

    There is a trigger action to send an SMS text message to the requester, which is available on accounts with text-enabled Zendesk Talk phone numbers. This action works just like the action to email the requester, except that it sends the message via SMS instead.

    You've also mentioned external email addresses. While there's no option to type an email address directly into a trigger, you can create an email target to send emails to any address you choose.

    Yes, but the SMS is not the same as the email.

    And yes, we are already using the create an email target which indeed is doing its job. Just was thinking that similar thing could be implemented in the trigger actions as well.
