Notification when number of incidents reaches a certain amount, without problem ticket needing to be updated.

    Hey Dave!

    As Community Manager Brett mentioned in this community comment, while a trigger condition exists to check the number of linked incidents, an update would actually need to be made in the problem ticket for the trigger to fire. 

    I can certainly understand how useful that functionality could be, so we'll be sure to pass this along to our Product Managers!
