When a customer updates their Google Play review the new rating doesn't overwrite the title. Instead, the updated review shows as a new comment in the ticket.
We like to send a simple thank you messages to customers that leave a positive review via the bulk update tool. But we've encountered tickets that at first were a positive review then later the customer changes it to a negative review.
Since the title of the ticket remains the same, the agent using the bulk update tool is unaware that the review is now negative and the agent ends up leaving an inappropriate comment like "Thank you for the positive feedback!".
It would be great if the subject of the ticket would reflect the most recent rating for that review.
