We connected Zendesk with Salesforce and we are receiving in SF all tickets. Now we want to match the requester's email with Contacts, Accounts or Leads. But at the moment it is only matching with Contacts.
And we want to use the same field from Zendesk (requester's email) to match with the Account Email or Lead Email.
Can anyone help us? We use the following Match:
