    Hello Bert,

    Just wanted to confirm that I'm experiencing the same. When I display text it works fine:

    {{#is help_center.locale 'nl'}}
    Dit Help Center is in het Nederlands!
    {{/is}}

    But when I wrap the {{chat}} placeholder in this condition it will load in any language.

    Not sure if that's expected behavior. Let's see if somebody else can help you out with this!

    With kind regards,

    Sebastiaan
    Sparkly ⭐

    Hi Sebastiaan,

    We have the same issue. When we put text, it works, when put {{chat}}, it doesn't work.

    Regards

    Bert

    Hey there Bert,

    I was running into the same issues as well! So, I've done a bit of digging through our API documentation and I would recommend the suppress command with an added URL pointing to the help center pages you don't want it to show for. See below; You can also find a bit more about this in our API documentation.

    <script type="text/javascript">
    window.zESettings = {
    webWidget: {
    chat: {
    suppress: true
    url: https://subdomainhere.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
    },
    contactForm: {
    suppress: false
    },
    helpCenter: {
    suppress: false
    },
    talk: {
    suppress: false
    },
    answerBot: {
    suppress: false
    }
    }
    };
    </script>

    This was the only type of suppress function I was seeing for our Web Widget. I hope this helps!
