We have a subscription process that has the majority of our customers occasionally receive an email blast when we add a new article to a particular section in our help center. The email itself is the whole article's content, as the user in question is subscribed to the section.
Does Zendesk have the capability or have an add-on for tracking number of email opens/views for those particular email blasts tied to the subscription to the help center section, and article additions?
We want to confirm the number of times our clients are opening these emails, for each particular article. Thanks.
