Our IT team utilizes Zendesk for ticketing from internal end-users. We started using talk so people could call us during business hours for support. We recently started having an on-call IT person available during non-business hours. However, when trying to use the overflow feature it removes the greeting we have set.
When enabling overflow allow a greeting to be set before Zendesk talk starts ringing the overflow number. Currently, there is no option to do that. Would love to see this so we can use zendesk for anything support related. I had to purchase a separate solution that would allow me to do that.
