    Hi Sarah,

    I recommend you check out our article Analyzing Help Center search results which covers the data that is generated in the Search tab of Reporting.

    I can't speak to our roadmap to add this data to Explore, but I recommend you vote and follow this product feedback post as other users are asking for this kind of information in Explore. Our product managers keep an eye on the forum and requests with a high level of engagement can influence the evolution of Zendesk.

    The last thing I can recommend is that you check out Google Analytics as there are a lot of robust reporting options available there.
