Limit tickets in Micrsoft Teams to just my department

    Are you using the built-in Zendesk plugin in Microsoft Teams, or are you using a Webhook? My suggestion would be to use a webhook which gives you more control over what's fed from your Zendesk queue. There's 2 components to Zendesk integration to Microsoft Teams through webhooks: 1) In Teams you set up an Incoming Webhook through the Connectors and grab the URL given 2) On the Zendesk side you set up an extension that references the URL, and then a trigger with an action that sends a JSON code to the extension. In the trigger you can set parameters for limiting tickets to only your department.
