We would like the agents to be able to write in their own language when using the translation widget, which at the moment only translates when writing in English.
- French customer opens chat.
- Agent is Spanish and turns translation widget on.
- Agent has to write in English in order to be translated to French.
- If the agent would write in Spanish the text would NOT be translated to French.
This option would be very useful, it would highly improve the quality of the content as in most projects we have multinational agents and not everyone's English is fluent as their native language.
