Wondering if anyone knows the answer to this.
We have enabled the answer bot on our web widget (we only have answer bot and chat) and we use it to try to reduce the number of chats.
I have noticed the answer bot is using some articles and sections I do not want it to use. Is there an easy way to achieve this? Zendesk support has pointed me out to the trigger that triggers the answer bot however my answer bot does not work out of a trigger at all as it is enabled only in the Zendesk Widget so I do not have any control over what it does.
Am I missing something and you can enable triggers for the answer bot on the web widget too?
