Looking for a solution which allows users to access Help Desk content hidden from the general public, without having to create an account. While single sign-on is the ideal, we won't be able to implement this for several months.
Is there a way to only allow Zendesk Help Desk access through specific URLs, that could be sent via email or displayed in-app? I know you can hide it from google, but I want to make the site 100% inaccessible to anonymous users.
