Hiding Zendesk content from the public, but allowing access through a specific URL

    Hey Michael,

    If you don't want to display this information to anonymous users then I'm afraid the only other alternative would be to have the users log into your Guide account through the Zendesk login or SSO as you mentioned.

    There may be a way to set up an alternative solution using custom code, but that would be outside what we can support here at Zendesk. What I'm thinking is you can use custom code to hide the Category/Section from your Help Center page and then have the URL sent to your users who should be able to view the content.

    The downside to the above solution is that if an anonymous user gets access to that URL they would be able to see the content.

    I'll leave this post open in case other users want to jump in and offer up some guidance.
