Hey Mitchell -

Here's an article that covers the basics of inserting videos in articles, though it doesn't speak specifically to the format you're looking at:

    Inserting videos in articles

Here's a tip from one of our community members that may also be useful to you: Embed Videos in Help Center Articles with Two Easy Steps

I've also asked some of our Guide customization experts to take a look at your question and make any suggestions they have.

    Hey Mitchell,

My suggestion would be to upload your Adobe Captivate generated files to either the asset library inside your theme, or at some external host.

Then copy/paste your index.html file into a code block in your article, and change all the references to the new location of the files, being either an asset url or external url.

I'm not sure if this would work, but it could be a way to go about it.

    #helpsome regards,

Many thanks for your responses. (Sorry mine was so late, I was on annual leave.) Unfortunately when trying to add any of the index.html files into the article Zendesk is adding CDATA tags to the script body.

I have seen this being answered in other support requests and as a result I have checked the option: Display unsafe content, but to no avail.

    //

As a result I am unable to link to the correct external objects.

    Hey Mitchel,

Are there any browser errors that show up when you've added Captivate HTML5 to an article? Is your Help Center public as that may help other users determine the cause of this issue.

Any additional information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brett,

Thanks for getting in touch! I have now made the help center public. It is currently a working progress but you can access the article here: https://toccopssupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360008728360

I am getting errors, one 404 when trying to load a .js asset in the console which you will see when looking at the article.

    Hey Mitchel,

When I try and visit your link, it tries to load your article, but then turns into white screen of hell.

Are you currently testing something out on your site?

The consolge logs this error: "window.$.ajaxPrefilter"

Not trying out anything Simon, just trying to get this captivate project to appear in this article.

Unfortunately, I am not too clear with this console error. I have not been able to make any progress on trying to get the captivate html5 export to display.

    Hey Mitchel,

As Simon mentioned, when I visit your Help Center I only see a white screen. Can you confirm with your developers that there isn't an issue with your Guide theme that is causing these issues? What happens if you temporarily switch to the default Copenhagen theme? Does the Captivate HTML 5 load properly?

I have got it switched back onto the default theme. No more white screen however I am still getting a console log issue:
