How can I create metrics for the last 7 days

    Hi Ahaan,

    You can achieve this by using a filter - you can apply it by clicking on 'Filters' right below the Name of your Query, from the Query-builder;


    1. Click on Filters

    2. Choose Ticket created - Date

    3. Click on 'Edit date ranges'

    4. Click on 'Advanced'

    5. Choose the date range
