MS Flow - Update Ticket Tag

    Hi R. Bello,

    Since this is a 3rd party integration, it may be worth reaching to the developers directly to see if there's a workaround. Otherwise, you can use Support Triggers to automatically apply a tag if certain conditions are met. I'm not familiar with MS Flow but that may be an option for you.

    I'll leave this post open in case other users have alternative workarounds for you.
