    Hello Robbie,

    You're correct that it cannot be achieved natively, I think it's a good suggestion!

    The Due Date Calendar (disclaimer; I'm the creator) works with the native Due Date (or custom date ticket field) and gives the agent a growl message or popup when tickets are due that day. You could see if that's something for you in the meantime (comes with a 14 day free trial).
