We have been using Zendesk to house our support articles for about 5 years. Some of our articles are getting to the point where they are really out of control in terms of the user experience when trying to navigate them (right hand side).
I'm wary of making drastic changes without knowing the ramifications - for examples links / images breaking.
What are the recommendations for making these types of articles more manageable? Below is a screen recording I did, showing the difficulty scrolling to particular areas.
