Is a way to assign a ticket to multiple agents? There are many times when a single case needs to be assigned to multiple people on my team. if this is not possible yet is it on the roadmap?
To take this further, at the risk of adding confusion to this relatively straightforward request- Sometimes a ticket needs to be assigned to multiple people on my team who exist within multiple groups in zendesk. I manage teams in three geos - NYC, SoCal and NorCal. Each Geo is represented by a group in zendesk. In some cases an incoming ticket needs to be assigned to one rep in each geo, so it would be helpful in my case to be able to assign tickets to multiple people who also reside within different groups in zendesk.
