Does community have a post rate limit?

    Hi Jamison,

    Help Center does limit the number of new posts and comments a single user can create within a 24 hour period.

    The limits in place shouldn't affect normal use, but should help to prevent spam.

    Thanks Nicole, I guess the actual limits are private. It's fine though, you confirmed our experience with some users posting a bit a too frequently.

    Hey Jamison - 

    Yeah, we generally try to be a little vague when talking about about spam prevention in the Help Center in order to avoid inadvertently telling the spammers the specifics they need to know to get around the preventative steps. ;) If you need specifics, you'll have better luck getting in touch with Customer Advocacy in a private ticket.
