Creating a VIEW for surveys that were changed from a BAD rating to a GOOD rating

    Hi Laura,

    In order to make a View for this, you would have to create a trigger that would add a tag to a ticket when a satisfaction rating is changed from Bad to Good. Then, you could create a view based on that tag!

    If you wanted to see this in Explore as a table, you would use the "Bad to good satisfaction ratings" Metric, along with the "Ticket ID" as a Row. Then, you would apply a metric filter to remove the 0 values for this to show only those ticket ids that had this change.
