I am trying to create a daily report showing the current backlog on a rolling two-week calendar. In Insights I was unable to run a backlog report with any other metrics as all conflicted with the Backlog metric. Is this still the case in Explore?
I am trying to run a report showing each backlog ticket by Ticket ID, Ticket Age, Group, Assignee, and Ticket Subject.
This is how the report (in table form) appears when I add all metrics that appear as options in the Query.
I am also confused as to how the backlog is recorded, my Zendesk dashboard shows a backlog (as of the writing of this post) of 39 tickets however when I run the report via Explore it is telling me that I have a backlog of 642 tickets for the two-week reporting period.
