I'm trying out the "CC and followers" and I really like it. We have the customer context view set as default and allow agents to change requester. With the CC and followers it feels more natural to change a requester from the "to" field but clicking the pencil on the requester in the "to" field doesn't change the customer context view which happens if I click the "change" link under the ticket subject. I'm expecting the same behaviour.
Please consider implementing this. =)
