Add ticket request form as an "insert" option in Guide articles

    Hey Kyle - Thanks for sharing that feedback. Can you provide any additional context or detail around your use-case? i.e. how frequently you find yourself needing this capability, how many customers click the link but don't complete ticket submission, etc.? Have you collected any data around this to determine how big of an impact this extra step has?

    @Nicole, not yet. The feature is being deployed this week. I am more worried about customers not clicking on the link to see the form.
