Posting this feedback after we recently updated our Help Center to be a client facing self-service tool.
It would be awesome to be able to "insert" a ticket request form in the body of an article. We currently are redirecting our clients thru a link to the "submit a request" page from the article, but it would awesome to remove that friction from getting in touch with our clients when they are reading an article relevant to their issue.
Below is an example from another company who has different ticket or intake forms in various articles in their Help Center. Any feedback or comments would be great to hear.
