That should be a pretty common quey.. hopefully someone else will have come across that need.. We need a very basic reporting functionality, which is to be able to pull a list of tickets for the last year, with some columns (requester, description, creation date, first reply and closure).
I know this can de done with Views, but as we all know it'll only show data for the ticket closed within the last 4 months. Also I found this could be done with insights but our account only has access to explore.
Does anyone know if that info is available in explore, if so, should the lite version suffice or do we need to go for Pro?
Now, regarding explore license, is it possible to license only one agent for explore or, do you need to license every agent in the domain with explore pro?
