I'd like to hide the "Tags" field for agents. I know it's possible in the "Tickets" settings to just disable the tagging option for agents altogether, but that's not what I want. I still want to give the agent the opportunity to add tags via Macros.
For us it makes sense to allow users to tag tickets but still hide the field for them since it's rather unnecessary to see it. We have a lot of Dropdown fields that populate the Tags field. Additionally we use Macros for Tags.
You could for example put in the option in Ticket Forms to show or hide the Tags field.
