I am using new Integrated Chat Experience widget for chat widget.
I have enabled Contact form and Chat option in Widget settings.
I am using two separate buttons to show Contact form and Chat widget separately on same page. On Contact Form button click, I am suppressing Chat widget and on Chat button click I am suppressing Contact Form. For this, I am updating web widget settings using zE('webWidget', 'updateSettings', data<object>) function.
Chat button is shown only when Chat agent is online.
Now, if chat agent is online, both widgets are working fine. If chat agent is offline, then on click of Contact form button, contact form opens for 2-3 seconds and disappears.
