When our end users submit a ticket in the Edge browser, it GNDN (Goes Nowhere Does Nothing). We are not able to control what browser the user submits the ticket using. If there was some way to prevent them from attempting to submit a ticket with Edge (or even saying the Edge browser is not supported), that would be most helpful. We have had several users who submit a ticket and are extremely frustrated when their ticket is not worked in a timely manner when we did not receive one.
