    Hi Nerea,

    To get your Help Center to look similar to Zendesk, you'd need to get a developer involved to implement some custom code in your theme. This isn't something we can assist with on our end as custom code is outside the scope of support here at Zendesk.

    That being said, we do have some great documentation that I believe you will find useful.

    I'll also leave this post open in case other users want to jump in and offer up some coding advice for you.

    Cheers!

    Hi Nerea,

    You just need to add border bottom in article list .

    Copy this code and paste on your style.css template  for underline of articles on category_page.hbs template.

    .category-container .article-list-item{
    border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd;
    }

    I did it on Copenhagen theme .

    And for icon , when you promote your article , icon will be show automatically.

    You can promote your article like this:

    Step 1 : Click Arrange Content , you will see this . Click Category , I have General   category.

    Step 2 : After clicking the category , you will see Sections , I have two sections.

    Step 3 : Click any section of them, and you will see the articles list , then  click 3 dots and Edit

    After clicking Edit  you will this window , check Promote article , click down arrow and Publish .

    See the result , which  articles I have promoted , star icon is being show left side of that.

    Thank You
