is it possible for a logged-in WP user to access all his tickets in the WordPress frontend?
We’re using BuddyPress/BuddyBoss Platform and ideally, there would be a solution for users to access their tickets after logging in. They should not only be able to submit a ticket but to see all their open tickets, similar to clicking on xyz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests.
Is that possible with Zendesk and the WordPress plugin?
