My Chat is not responding to the 'Away' and 'Online'

    Hi there Planetalk,

    The answer depends if other agents were online and if you have operating hours set. In general, 'away' status does not impact the widget availability and you should change to offline.\

    The 'away' status is more designed for agents to finish the chats they are on and not be assigned/routed new chats going forward.
