My Chat is not responding to the 'Away' and 'Online'
AnsweredHi. I would have thought that when I change my status between Away and Online it would change instantly on my website ... but it doesn't. I don't want it to say I'm online when I'm away and vice versa. Why is it not responding? How long should it take?

The answer depends if other agents were online and if you have operating hours set. In general, 'away' status does not impact the widget availability and you should change to offline.\
The 'away' status is more designed for agents to finish the chats they are on and not be assigned/routed new chats going forward.
