Our organization's subscription includes Guide Professional.
I am trying to set up an SSO structure that will authenticate end users by role not only into our software, but into ZenDesk Guide at the same time. However, the ZenDesk Guide content needs to be segmented by end user/customer user type.
I noticed that the help indicates that content can only be segmented at the section and article level.
So that means that the category level cannot be?
If so, what is the suggested architecture that will allow me to really separate the 3 end user type roles' content with only one overlapping piece (the release notes information)?
I do want to clarify that when I mention "users" above, I am talking about the end users of our software, not internal support desk agents or managers who are writing the articles. Rather, different sets of readers.
