    Hey Christopher,

    I would recommend reaching out to Five9's support team if you're experiencing issues with their integration. Since this is a 3rd party integration, we're rather limited on what we can assist with from our end. I'll leave this post open in case other users with experience using Five9 have run into a similar issue.
