If a non-technical user is trying to integrate with a third party app using a manual app installation it is difficult to for the non-technical user to acquire the application ID needed to provide to the third party system to invoke the Zendesk API.
I recommend just displaying the application ID on the manage application page so that it can be easily retrieved.
Otherwise the easiest way for the non-technical end user is to do the following:
* Go to the manage page for the installed application
* Right-click the app logo
* Select “Copy Image Location”
* Paste the image link
* The Application ID can be found in two separate places: following ‘https://’ and also following ‘.com/’
