Extra ticket access for agent roles
Hi,
Sometimes agent groups needs access to tickets in more then one agent group.
So under the option "What kind of tickets can this agent access" would it be great to have an option to SELECT the groups where the agent needs access to.
This option would give more flexibility.
For example when IT , HR & Facilities are working on the same platform IT & Facilities may see eachothers tickets, but not the tickets from HR.
In this case you could say in the agent rol that access is only related to IT & Faciltiies agent groups.

We are in desperate need of this. We want to exclude certain groups.
We've also noticed that group access means that even unassigned tickets cannot be viewed.
