Which agent clicked Submit on an Open ticket - without adding Comment

    Hey,

    Ticket timestamps will only be updated when something is changed. A comment, a ticket field, requester or assignee,...

    So an agent that opens a ticket and presses submit will not impact the order of your ticket.

    If an agent does change something, his/her name is visible in the event timeline.

    Which can be reached via the dropdown under the comments field.
