This is a feedback on functionality outlined here:
It would be superb if the information of visitor numbers (total, active, idle) were available to report on in ZenDesk explore so that I could see on a given day and time the number of visitors present.
For us this gives a simpler way to ascertain active users than any other implementation, and would enable us to line up users with peak periods - at present for instance peak timeframe for our product is at 9am so we manually make a note and log this in a spreadsheet. The ability to report on this in Explore would add convenience and allow us to cross report with all of the other metrics Explore has to offer.
