I have created a Flow that creates a Case in Dynamics 365 whenever a new ticket is submitted in Zendesk. This is because not all of our employees use Zendesk, but still want to see the customer's tickets (we're not on professional or higher).
The Flow works just fine, but what I would like to do is send the case number of the Dynamics case back to Zendesk in a custom field.
When I try to update the ticket in Flow however, I only get the standard/system fields, and not my custom fields.
Is there any way for me to fill custom fields in Zendesk, from Dynamics, via Flow?
