Welcome to the Zendesk Sell Community!
What is the Zendesk Sell Community?
This forum is for Admins, Agents, or people who are interested in learning more about Sell to ask and answer questions, share tips and best practices, and discuss uses.
There are two primary things you can do in the community:
Ask a question - need product support or help troubleshooting something that isn't working as you expected? Ask here - other users, community moderators, and Customer Advocates are there to help you out.
Share a product tip or best practice - have you figured out a great setup or workflow? Write it up to share with other users! (Here are some pointers on writing a community tip)
In addition to creating posts of your own, you are encouraged to participate in conversations and answer other users' questions in the comments section on each post. Even if another user has already answered, feel free to add your own idea or response.
Both posts and comments allow users to vote on them. You can up-vote another user's comment or post to indicate that you agree or like the post. The number of votes on a comment help other users identify the "best" or most helpful response in a long string of comments.
Who else is here?
In addition to other users and people considering using Sell, there are some other folks you'll see around the community:
- Community Managers: Nicole, Devan, and Brett. We are Zendesk employees whose job it is to oversee and manage the community.
- Community Moderators: We have ~25 users who are volunteer community moderators. They help answer user questions and keep the community running smoothly. Here's some information on our current moderators. We're always looking for people who are interested in becoming a mod; if you're interested, here's more information about the program and the application.
Customer Advocates: This is what we call our support agents. These folks are also Zendesk employees, and will jump in when the answer to a question really has to come from the company and can't be resolved by another user.

The Community Code of Conduct outlines what you can and can't do here. The general basis is be nice, help where you can, and don't spam people with marketing for your product or business.
Any questions? Something you'd like to see or can't find? Post them below and we'll help you out!
