Ticket number skipped when I create new post with incorrect email address
When I create new ticket on behalf of the requester and use an incorrect email address, Zendesk asks me to correct this. This works ok. BUT, I noticed that the ticket number skips one when this happens.
For example, ticket #464 is the last ticket in the list. I create new proactive ticket, which should use #465. However, after Zendesk asks me to correct the requester email address and I create the tickets as Pending, the next number os #466. I think this is a bug?
