Zendesk chat & Ticket, pass custom values to the created ticket.

    Hi Ashwini,

    Currently, you can use tags on the chat for those values and it will get passed down to the ticket once the chat ends.

    Have you tried doing this already?

    I think tags will not solve my issue.

    I want to pass multiple key and values

    Ex: key "SALES_PERSON" and value "Anil Kumar" 
     {

    "SALES_PERSON": "Anil Kumar",
    "FIRST_INVOICE_DATE":"12 Dec 2001",
    "CS_HAND_OVER_DATE":"8 Jun 2001",
    "PLAN_UPGRADE":"Yes"

    Sounds like you want access to custom ticket fields from the chat interface. Currently, we have no plans for this in the immediate future but we are looking to further integrate Chat into the Support experience.

    The only option in Chat today is using tags or push to your own datastore and build a private app in the Chat dashboard to display the custom data.
