I am using zendesk support product for creating tickets with the help of APIs, now i want to add push notification to mobile app. but adding callback url and configuring SDK into project is not helping.
I also tested push notification configuration for project, it is working fine if i send push for testing but when any tickets got created or updated our callback URL not be notified by zendesk and we are not receiving push. Can someone provide me with suggestion or solution, please?
