Newly Created Query Not Updating When Changing Date Filter
I've added a new query to my dashboard "Request Type by Ticket Count", however when I change the date range it always shows metrics for all history and not the date range I have chosen.
I've gone into the Exclude filters/Time filters but there is nothing there.
Any ideas?

Hi there Darren,
I may have a small idea, could you check whether the time filter actually filters certain metrics/attributes?
When you click edit filter when working in a dashboard...
... can you see whether the filter is applied to certain metrics/attributes?
In your case you probably want to have either the tickets_created_at or tickets_solved_at checkboxes checked.
Note: If there are no queries present, the list is empty!
For more information about filters, check out this article.

Thanks Jalle.
So it looks like Zendesk have removed the date filter and added time filter instead.
I've added this filter with "tickets_created_at" and still my "Request Type by Ticket Count" is not updating when I change the time.
and this is the query

Hey Darren,
This could possibly be bug related. I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Advocacy team can take a look at your report and see if they can replicate on their end.
You'll receive an email shortly stating your ticket has been created.
Cheers!

This is now resolved. Turns out the time filter was using a copy of a different dataset. Thank you for your assistance.
